OUR BEGINNINGS
Our company was founded in 1908 by the Chauncey R. Baldwin family and remained in the family until 1985. Throughout our long history, we have always been located and operated in the city of St. Louis, until moving to Brentwood Missouri in March of 2003, expanding and modernizing our facilities. We moved again in March of 2023 to St Louis County outside of Creve Coeur and Chesterfield. We maintain a reputation for quality, efficiency, and prompt delivery and service.
Over the years Baldwin Regalia (the original name) has manufactured or worked with a wide variety of products – many of which we no longer produce. Some of these products include the manufacture of chenille letters, horse blankets, drapes, window valances, pillow tops, jockey suits, and felt caps. Diminishing demand for these products and the introduction of more efficient machines and materials resulted in the company’s departure from these markets in the 1950s and 1960s.
OUR WORK ARE OUTSTANDING!
Today, we are St. Louis’ leading and most experienced manufacturer of custom-designed, banners and flags – which is one of our primary concentrations. The sale of US, state, foreign, military, historic, and religious flags is another large area of our business. A natural outgrowth of flags is flagpoles and we are very active in the distribution, installation, and service of all types of flagpoles in the St. Louis area. In 2024 we started installing power shades and awnings from Summerspace. We are the one of the largest companies in our industry in the state of Missouri and southern Illinois. Our products are shipped throughout the country on a regular basis with state-of-the-art computerized shipping manifest systems.

Cole Werner
CEO, President
Chief visionary, Cole is the driving force behind the company. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the custom design, field service and quotes. Cole is a Master Sergeant in the US Army Reserves and still serving after 23 years. He has worked in manufacturing and supply chain for over 20 years. His background of service, manufacturing and supply chain has help modernized Baldwin.
Cailin Werner
Accounting and Inside Sales
Cailin loves taking on challenges. With her multi-year experience as accounts receivables and customer service, she also manages our safety program and oversees safety training.
Steve Limoges
Lead Service Tech
Steve has worked for Baldwin for 28 years. He has worked on or installed thousands of flag poles over the years. He trains all our service techs and helps bridge the history of the company with his experience.
Gavin Wharton
Service Tech
Gavin is a US Army Veteran and joined our team 2023. His focus to service and his pride in the kind of work we do sets him apart.
